1.      Adopt high nickel ductile iron to manufacture stem nut so that T-type screw thread can cooperate stem to pass moment.
2.      In order to supplement solid lubricating oil termly and reduce on-off torque we set up thrust ball bearing and oil cup on the valve cover. Packing gland and cover are designed fission to assure the stem is concentric.
3.    The packing gland is assembled by knot-graphite, flexible graphite and middle packing ring to ensure the valve no leak and accord with the environment requirement. Â
4.    The connection of valve body and cover is self-sealing structure. At same time cuniform ring fits together with quarto-ring, so that higher pressure, better sealing performance.
5.    The head of stem is whole forged and connected with disc by "T" type trough to ensure the intensity.Â
6.    Jointing structure is adopted on the seat and hard alloy was welded on the sealing surface. All of these can ensure the long time work safe and credible. Â
7.    The material of disc is forge steel or flexible disc which have certain flexible compensation in high pressure condition and make the seal capability credible.Â
8.    Comfortable torque transmission structure.Â
Hand-wheel or impact type hand-wheel transfers the torque to stem by stem nut. The stem is A182F6(1Cr13) which is forged and treated, so its hardness can achieve HB220~250. In order to reduce the wastage in the transmission process, we adopt high nickel ductile iron A439GR.D2 or copper alloy as material of stem nut whose hardness is less about HB50 than stem.
We can add thrust bearing on the stem nut and set up oil cup structure on the large caliber and high pressure valve. If so we can add oil termly and keep it lubricating and make the valve has lighter torque all the time.
