In the first phase of the development of the area south of Caofu Avenue, the development area has a total length of 3.5 kilometers, a width of 200 to 300 meters and covers an area of ​​1400 acres, which can solve the problem of 20-25 enterprises entering the park. In the second phase, the area north of Caofu Avenue was developed, with a development area of ​​2,000 mu and 10 enterprises entering the park.
