1, SINUMERIK 802S/C system:
The 802S and 802C system standard configuration packages have all the necessary components: NC, PLC, operation panel, machine control panel, input/output unit and system software. Operational programming is extremely easy, maintenance-free, and cost-effective. It is specifically designed for Economic CNC control system developed in the low-end CNC machine tool market. Sales in China are very successful.
The two systems 802S/C have the same display, operation panel, numerical control function, PLC programming method, etc. The only difference is SINUMERIK 802S with stepping drive system, control stepper motor, with three stepping drive shafts and one +/- 10V analog servo spindle; SINUMERIK 802C with servo drive system, it uses the traditional analog servo +/- 10V interface, with a maximum of 3 servo drive shaft and a servo spindle.
