First, check before starting.

1. Check that the oil level of the oil gauge is between L and H to see if there is any abnormality in the oil quality.

2. Check if the water tank cooling water is enough, if the water valve is open, and if there is any abnormality in the cooling water.

3. Check the tension of the pump belt, fan belt, and charger belt.

4. Check the fan, there is no debris between the cooling fins of the tank, if it is to be removed.

5. Check for debris on the unit and remove if necessary.

6. Check the generator set for oil leakage and water leakage.

7. Check the battery connector for loose oxidation.

8. Look at the unit operating parameter record card, compare the various filters and oil for overdue use.

Second, check after boot

1. Pay attention to the noise of the generator set and stop it if necessary.

2. Check the oil pressure gauge. Under normal conditions, the oil pressure should not be lower than 35 PSI.

3. Check the frequency of the engine's motive, whether the voltage value is stable, and the working condition of the charger.

4. All three cases are normal. After 10 minutes of no-load heat engine, the load is running.

5. Avoid operating under conditions of 80% of rated load for a long time.

6. Under the load condition, listen to the diesel engine for abnormal noise, check the oil pressure, water temperature (below 90 degrees Celsius) frequency, voltage, smoke color.

7. Check the generator set for oil leakage, water leakage, air leakage and abnormal vibration of the unit.

8. Check the temperature of the battery case for abnormalities.

Third, check after shutdown

1. After the load is unloaded, the diesel engine is stopped after 10 minutes of no-load operation, so that the lubricating parts of the electric ball and the diesel engine are fully cooled.

2. After the shutdown, check whether the unit has oil leakage or water leakage. If it is necessary to check, the cooling water should be cooled after cooling for 2 hours. The puddle should have a certain effective volume and height, which is convenient for the submersible pump to be timely and reliable. Discharge oil and water, reduce the amount of combustibles in the room, and reduce the risk of fire. The submersible sewage pump should be used separately and should be operated automatically. When conditions permit, the oil and water puddle should be set outdoors. It is recommended that the effective volume of oil collection and puddle be 5~15 min.
