The owner said that while many tankers are loaded with ULSD, there are also some tankers that load jet fuel and gasoline.
At the same time, the national oil company Empresa Nacional del Petroleo Enap in Chile plans to produce a full-load Bio Bio refinery with a processing capacity of 116,000 barrels per day in the third quarter. Enap has restarted the Aconcagua refinery, which has a processing capacity of 104,000 barrels per day. The refinery will reach full capacity utilization rate by the end of this month.
