The purpose of this training is to enable employees to master the core concepts and basic contents of Sinotruk's corporate culture, to form a serious study of Sinotruk's culture, to fully understand the heavy-duty culture, to strive to implement the heavy-duty culture, and to fully integrate into the heavy-duty culture. In a good atmosphere, China National Heavy Duty Culture will lead the management of enterprises, guide all tasks and regulate the behavior of employees, laying a solid ideological and cultural foundation for the sustainable and healthy development of Dajia Company.

In this full training, the human resources department of Dazuo Company organized and developed the training plan in a unified manner. The training was mainly based on workshops and departments. The “China Heavy Truck Workers Culture Manual” was the basic teaching material, and all staff members were required to participate in the training. When the person reaches 40 hours of class, training takes various forms, such as watching feature films, preaching by party and government leaders, personal self-study, collective learning and discussion. After the training is over, the human resources department and the Party committee work department will jointly proposition, organize all staff to carry out the training effect test and Sinotruk's corporate cultural knowledge contest, and make assessments and evaluations of the training of all units.
