In order to deliver the Sheet Metal Parts intact it is essential to package the product properly and make Sheet Metal Parts Packed well. Thus the reason to careful packaging is not primarily aesthetic but we carry out in order to preserve the condition of our products. Packaging processes and Foam Packing material, if customer does not provide separate packaging plan, is determined by  the mode of transportation. We attach a bar code to the Sheet Metal parts packed according to the needs of our customers for the easy identification. We also make customized packaging by customized boxes.

General packaging methods used at QL Sheet Metal:

Dispatched by post using sleeves, packets, standard corrugated boxes

Packing in corrugated boxes, with 5 layered, glued and stitched design boxes, using spacers

Pallet, fixed with straps, using slip-resistant interim plates, edge protectors, straps
