The main reason is that the float of the float meter is stuck.

However, it is not ruled out that the float is stuck due to the misalignment of the float guide rod and the stop ring. 4. Due to long-term use and many factors such as pipeline vibration, the floating flowmeter senses the looseness of moving parts such as magnets, pointers, counterweights, rotating magnets, etc., resulting in large errors. Solution: You can verify by first pushing the pointer by hand. First press the pointer on the RP position to see if the output is 4mA and the flow rate display is 0%. Then verify by the scale.
