This kind of Stator Powder Coating Machine can meet the requirement of different stator dimension. It makes the whole powder coating process far more iconvinient than by manual. This machine can also be connected to Stator Production Line to meet the mass production requirement.
Therer are two different powder method, one is for stator coil, the other is for the stator slot. The powder coating process is very sample by machine. Firstly, operator load stator on the fixture. Then press start button. Machine will do the rest process, including powderiing, blowing, powder recycling and ect. The powder time and material is as per customer's requirement.
