4) All valves in the suction and discharge lines should be fully opened prior to start-up. No valve closing is allowed. Check if the motor turns right.

5) After the above preparations are completed, the power supply can be turned on, and the test pump can be turned on. If there is no abnormality, it can be started directly.

2. Maintenance 1) If the sound of the three-screw pump and the motor is abnormal (or the ammeter pointer rises rapidly), stop immediately and find out the reason.

2) The outlet pressure must not exceed the pressure indicated by the pump's nameplate.

3) The safety valve has been adjusted before production and must not be arbitrarily moved.

4) If there is a failure in the piping system, there should be a safe return and stop immediately to eliminate the failure. The general safety valve return time must not exceed three minutes. If the time is too long, the pulse waves generated by the return liquid in the pump will cause the pump to vibrate and even cause the pump to “scratch” and damage.

5) It is a normal phenomenon that the leakage at the shaft seals is small. If the oil leakage is greater than 10 ml/hour, stop the malfunction or replace the new sealing element.

6) In the circuit that controls the motor operation, there should be an overload protection element. If the three-screw pump "kills", the power should be automatically cut off to prevent the motor from being burned out.

2) Check the arrow on the triple screw pump to check the direction of rotation. If it is wrong, the motor is reversed.

3) Check the suction height, such as increasing the pipe diameter, shortening the pipe length, and installing the large filter.

4) Check whether the suction pipe end face connector leaks oil, and tighten it diagonally by doing the pipe link lock screw.

5) Install the air valve on the pump drain tube, open the valve and let it out, then close it.

6) Check if the valve is stuck. If you get stuck, change the valve element.

3. The gas in the triple screw pump cannot be excluded. 1) The check valve is required to remove the piping. 2) Check whether the triple screw pump is installed on the official road to install the air valve, open the valve, and then vent it. Then close the valve.
