Since the second half of 2013, the growth rate of fixed asset investment in the logistics industry has continued to increase. Heli forklifts believe that the forecast for sales growth of the forklift industry in 2014 will increase significantly. Taking the increase in investment in fixed assets in transportation, warehousing and postal services as an example, the annual growth rate for 2012 was 11.2%. From January to August this year, the growth rate has reached 24.2%. Especially in August, the monthly growth rate reached 34.3%. It is expected that the growth in fixed asset investment in transportation, warehousing and postal services will be expected to reach 26% for the full year, an increase of 15 percentage points from 2012. We predict that the sales growth of forklifts in the industry will increase from about 10% in 2013 to about 20% in 2014. The development of the logistics industry will fully drive the recovery of vans, stackers, electric stackers and electric vans.

The growth rate of the total social logistics will increase month by month, which will also drive uplift sales. From January to August, the growth rate of the total logistics of the whole society reached 11.5%, which was 0.1% higher than the 11.39% in January to July. It has risen for three consecutive months. In August alone, the total social logistics growth rate reached 12.8%. As the sales growth of forklift trucks is highly related to the growth rate of the total logistics of the whole society, the rebound of the booming logistics industry also indicates the acceleration of sales growth of forklift trucks.

Given that the increase in the growth rate of fixed asset investment in the logistics industry and the continuous increase in the growth rate of the total logistics of the whole society will lead to an increase in sales volume of forklift trucks and greater benefits from land compensation payments, Heli Forklift expects the profit growth rate in 2013 and 2014 to reach 30.8% respectively.
