It is reported that the project will invest 1.7 billion yuan in the industrial zone of Dingyuan County to build an annual output of 3 million sets of all steel radial truck tires and 200,000 special tires. The investment in fixed assets for the first phase was not less than RMB 800 million. The investment period was from June 2013 to September 2014. The first phase of the project was trial-produced at the end of 2013, and a production scale of 1.2 million sets of all-steel radial truck tires was produced annually.
