It can turn oil and gas into gasoline, prevent atmospheric pollution caused by the volatilization of oil and gas, and improve energy efficiency. The multi-parameter detector for oil and gas recovery can detect the tightness of the oil and gas recovery system, the liquid resistance generated by the liquid accumulation in the recovery pipeline, the amount of oil and gas recovered by the fuel gun is the gas-liquid ratio, and the concentration of oil and gas after treatment with three treatment devices . The purpose of the closed test of the oil and gas recovery system is to ensure the normal operation of the entire station's oil and gas recovery system, so as to achieve the purpose of oil and gas recovery. Once leakage occurs in any part of the system, the test will fail. At this time, it is necessary to find the fault point for repair, and then re-test until it is qualified.
(1) Calculate the oil and gas space of all gasoline oil tanks (oil and gas space = oil tank capacity-existing oil storage capacity of oil tank), the oil and gas space volume must be between 1893 ~ 94625L.
(2) Connect the inlet of the standard three-item tester to the nitrogen pressure reducing valve on the nitrogen bottle, and connect the outlet to the test port (tee joint) of the oil and gas recovery pipe at the bottom of the tanker.
(3) Open the control valve on the nitrogen bottle (but do not open a large amount at a time to avoid destroying the pressure gauge on the three tester), and at the same time adjust the adjustment valve below the pressure gauge on the inlet of the three tester Adjust the pressure to 5psi (35KPa) and lock the regulating valve. Slowly open the switch needle valve to allow nitrogen to enter the gas flow meter. When the steel ball of the gas flow meter reaches 40SCFH, stop turning the switch needle valve to allow gas to flow into the pipeline at this flow rate.
(4) Observe the 0 ~ 1inW.C (inch-water column) micro-pressure gauge. When the gauge pressure reaches 2inW.C, close the closed needle valve, start timing for 5min, and record the gauge pressure reading once every minute.
(5) The value of the fifth reading is calculated and checked with reference to the attached table. If the reading is greater than or equal to the value in the attached table, it indicates that the closed test is passed, and if it is lower than the value in the attached table, it indicates that the closed test is not qualified. Fill in the relevant data one by one according to the content in the table. If it fails, find the leak and correct it until the test is passed.
