Some industry analysts pointed out that if this happened in China, it might even be hidden for a long time. At the same time, the situation of domestic diesel vehicle emission fraud has become an open "secret".
Who benefits from it? "If this matter is placed here, it is estimated that it is difficult to detect it." Since the users of domestic diesel vehicles are basically individual transporters with high cost sensitivity, the market acceptance of the National IV models is obviously lower than that of the National III vehicles. Regarding the above phenomenon, the state department has been conducting random inspections of enterprises, but in Li Wei's view, the punishment mechanism for enterprises after the spot checks has not really been implemented. "A lot of random inspections are not only for rectification within a time limit, but also for the temporary cancellation of announcements. For enterprises, the deterrent effect is not enough."
