Gasification wastewater discharge is small, and it does not contain tar, phenol, and other refractory impurities, ammonia nitrogen, cyanide content is also low, easy to handle. Longyu Coal Chemicals 500,000 tons/year coal-to-methanol plant has produced methanol products stably. After testing, the product quality reaches the US AA level. Standards and technical indicators are all in the control range, and all safety and environmental protection standards have been met. The device became the world's first large-scale coal-to-methanol plant that was put into production using the Shell coal gasification technology.
