The Ministry of Public Security recently revised and promulgated the “Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses”, which will increase the violation of road traffic lights and other illegal scores from 3 to 6 points.

Drivers with driving experience less than 1 year will be intensively managed. Driving speed must be accompanied by a driver with a driver's license of the corresponding type or higher for more than 3 years. The new regulations will come into effect on January 1 next year.
