Mold Temperature Control Units(TCU) PID process controller are used to preheat a process to the desired operating temperature by engaging the unit's electric immersion heater and recirculating the oil in the system. Oil type TCU circulate high temperature heat transfer fluid through the process application for temperature control.
MPDC/MPDM series Heat Transfer Oil type TCU are specially engineered for the temperature control in die casting industry.

According to the temperature difference of stationary mold and movable mold, it has two methods of temperature control for selection: one is single-circuit and the other is dual-circuits. Both of them can provide the temperature range from 45°C to 320 °C, customized heating capacity and voltages are available.
