They have trial-produced 7 types of 14 permanent magnet synchronous energy-saving motors, and finally solved the technical factors such as unreasonable matching and unstable operating temperature, and solved global problems such as high-power, high-pressure rare-earth permanent magnet synchronous energy-saving motor heating. The newly developed prototype of a 280-kilowatt rare earth permanent magnet synchronous energy-saving motor has a power factor exceeding expectations of 0.99, an efficiency of more than 96%, and an average power saving rate of more than 15%.
