According to Yuan Zhijun, Deputy General Manager of SAIC-GM-Wuling, SAIC-GM-Wuling’s sales target for 2013 is set at 1.5 million units.
In the three major operations of SAIC-GM-Wuling, the commercial vehicle market continues to lead the market. The annual sales volume has now reached 1.348 million, ranking first in the mini vehicle market. On the passenger car side, Baojun's products have sold over 10,000 units a month and the cumulative sales volume has exceeded 110,000 units. In overseas operations, after the Wuling Hongguang production line was exported to India last year, the N300 (Wuling Rongguang) model of this year's subsidiary successfully went offline in Egypt.
The sales volume of specific models is as follows. Wuling Light sold 530,000 units this year and accumulated sales of 4 million units. Wuling Rongguang sold more than 490,000 vehicles this year and was the first domestic model to be produced in Egypt.
