  • Characteristics:
  1. Loading factor shall be up to 80%, much higher than that of ordinary mixer
  2. Mixing vessel shall continuously carry out composite motion of horizontal moving, rotating and rolling.
  3. Materials shall be free of segregation, lamination and accumulation resulting from centrifugal force and gravity
  4. All materials in mixing vessel shall be mixed thoroughly

  7. Arc transmission, mirror polish of interior and exterior of mixing vessel shall prevent materials from retention.
  8. Discharge port deviates from center line of mixing vessel so as to discharge materials thoroughly.
  9. Large feeding port and discharge port are adopted for convenience of material loading, product discharge and vessel cleaning.
