Sichuan Provincial Road 210 upgraded to National Highway 351 Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission issued the "National Highway Network Plan (2013-2020)" to require overall arrangements and concentrate forces to accelerate the construction of ordinary national roads. Provincial Highway 210, Ya'an-Lushan-Baoxing-Xiaojin (Dawei) section is included in the plan as a section of National Highway 351 Taizhou-Xiaojin. In other words, the Provincial Highway 210 line will be named after the National Highway 351 in the future, and will become another national route after Ya'an City's National Road 108 and 318.

The 351 State Road started from Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, and entered Jiangxi through Pan'an, Dongyang, Yiwu, Pujiang, and Lanxi, connecting Hubei, and ending in Sichuan Xiaojin County.

According to Zhao Feiyong, chief of the Planning Department of the Ya'an Transportation Bureau, the Provincial Highway 210 line has been included in the “4·20” Lushan earthquake recovery plan after the devastating earthquake. It is preparing for the preliminary work of the project, and strives to start this year. Once the Provincial Highway 210 line is upgraded to a national road, its road grade, traffic capacity and resilience will all increase.
